Jim Egan — Founder & Instructor

Jim Egan has spent more than 20 years as an educator in ISD 196 and the past 6 years providing behind-the-wheel instruction at Eastview High School. His experience in both the classroom and behind the wheel has shaped his thoughtful, student-focused approach to driver education.

Jim founded ReadySetDrive!, a Minnesota teen driving school, to provide students and families with a safe, supportive, and convenient option for completing behind-the-wheel lessons. Through personalized instruction, clear communication, and hands-on driving experience, he helps students build confidence and develop safe driving habits for the road ahead.
