Jim Egan — Founder & Instructor

Jim Egan has spent more than 20 years as an educator in ISD 196 and the past 6 years as a behind-the-wheel instructor at Eastview High School. His experience in both the schools and behind the wheel has shaped his thoughtful, student-focused approach to driver education.

Jim created ReadySetDrive! to provide a safe, supportive, and convenient option for Eastview students to complete their behind-the-wheel training. He believes in building confidence step by step and helping each student feel prepared for the responsibility of driving. Parents appreciate his clear communication, patience, and dedication to safety—while students value his calm, encouraging style.
